🎓 Educational Qualifications
High Performance Manager:
- Master’s degree in Sports Management or MBA with specialization in Sports Management, OR
- Research experience in sports management with minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Head Coach (for respective sports):
- Diploma in Coaching from a recognized institution, OR
- Former international/national level athlete with proven coaching experience
Physiotherapist Grade-1:
- Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sports physiotherapy
Nutritionist:
- M.Sc. in Nutrition from a recognized university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sports nutrition
Strength & Conditioning Expert:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sports Science, OR
- Certification in Strength & Conditioning from a recognized institution
Masseur:
- Passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary)
- Certificate in Massage Therapy or Sports Masseur from a recognized institution
Young Professional:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sports administration
💰 Stipend / Salary Details (per month)
The positions offer attractive monthly remuneration based on the role and experience:
- High Performance Manager & Head Coaches: ₹1,00,000 to ₹1,50,000
- Nutritionist: ₹75,000 to ₹1,00,000
- Strength & Conditioning Expert: ₹70,000 to ₹1,00,000
- Physiotherapist Grade-1 & Young Professional: ₹40,000 to ₹60,000
- Masseur: ₹35,000 to ₹50,000
All positions are contractual under the Khelo India State Centre of Excellence scheme.

- Young Professional: Maximum 32 years
