General Requirements:

- Experience in skill development or technical instruction
- Bachelor’s degree minimum for technician roles

For Skill Professor:
- Relevant postgraduate degree and qualifications
- Substantial teaching and industry experience
- Recognized expertise in skill development domain
For Skill Associate Professor:
- Master’s degree in relevant field
- Teaching experience in skill-based education
- Industry exposure and practical knowledge
For Skill Assistant Professor:
- Master’s degree in relevant discipline
- Demonstrated aptitude for teaching
- Experience in vocational/skill education preferred
For Laboratory Technician / Skill Instructor:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field
- Practical experience in laboratory or skill instruction
