Position: LIGO India EPO Senior Outreach Coordinator

Project: LIGO India (Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory)
This position involves coordinating education and public outreach activities for one of India’s most ambitious scientific projects aimed at detecting gravitational waves.
🎓 Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Science, Education, or Communication
- B.E./B.Tech in related areas
- Equivalent qualifications in relevant fields
Additional Advantage: Ph.D. degree holders will be given preference and additional weightage during selection.
💰 Salary Details
Monthly Salary: ₹40,000/-
🎯 Selection Process
Selection will be based on:
- Qualification assessment

- Interview performance
Candidates with a Ph.D. degree and proven experience in astronomy/astrophysics outreach will have an advantage.
