For Community Health Officer (Nursing):
- General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) qualification, OR
- Post Basic B.Sc Nursing, OR
- B.Sc Nursing
- Must be passed before 2021 from an institute recognized by West Bengal Nursing Council
For Community Health Officer (BAMS):
- Passed BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) from a recognized institute/university
