🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Sainik Welfare Manager:
- Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board/University (or Indian Army Special Certificate of Education)
- Must be an Ex-Junior Commissioned Officer of the Army or equivalent rank in Navy/Air Force
- Knowledge of Punjabi language at Matriculation standard
For Multipurpose Fisheries Skilled Worker:
- Matriculation or equivalent
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university/institution
- Knowledge of Punjabi language at Matriculation standard
💰 Salary Details (per month)
- Sainik Welfare Manager: ₹25,500/- (Level 4)
- Multipurpose Fisheries Skilled Worker: ₹19,900/- (Level 2)

🎯 Selection Process
The selection will be based on a written examination with multiple-choice questions divided into two parts:
- Part-A: Punjabi language test (Matriculation standard) – Qualifying nature with minimum 50% marks required
- Part-B: Subject paper – Merit list prepared based on Part-B scores for candidates who qualify Part-A
Candidates must pass Part-A to be eligible for merit consideration in Part-B.
⏳ Age Limit
As on 01-01-2025:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 37 years (General category)
Age Relaxations:
- SC/BC candidates: Up to 42 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Up to 45 years (as per Punjab Recruitment of Ex-Servicemen Rules, 1982)
- Widows/Divorcees/Married women: Up to 40 years
