You must have at least one of the following qualifications:

Option 1 – Academic Route:

• PG Diploma or Postgraduate Degree in Journalism, Mass Media, or related field

Option 2 – Experience Route:

• Bachelor’s Degree (any stream) + Minimum 2 years of professional journalistic experience

• Strong knowledge of Bengali language (mandatory for all)
• For Darjeeling & Kalimpong positions: Proficiency in both Bengali & Nepali required
