🎓 Educational Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a Government-recognized university or institution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in any field
  • For Compliance Manager role: Legal background is preferred

Additional Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in Bank, NBFC, or Financial Institution as specified for each position
  • Minimum CIBIL score of 680 or above at the time of joining
  • Clean character and antecedents certificate required

💰 Stipend / Salary Details

Compensation Structure:

  • Remuneration: Market-linked and performance-based
  • Determining Factors: Your qualification, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary, and market benchmark
  • Contract Period: 5-year fixed-term contract (extendable for another 5 years, max total 10 years or up to age 60, whichever is earlier)
  • No fixed CTC mentioned in the official notification
