🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Junior Resident & Tutor Demonstrator:
- Qualifications as per NMC (National Medical Commission) guidelines mentioned in Gazette Notification No. CG-DL-E-05072025-264399 dated 30.06.2025
- Valid Medical Registration certificate from NMC/State Medical Council for MBBS qualification (if not available, proof of application must be submitted)
- Candidates can apply for only one discipline/department
- All qualifications (degree, experience, age) must be fulfilled as on 28-11-2025
💰 Salary Details (per month)
Fixed Basic Pay: ₹56,100/-
Plus: Other admissible allowances as per ESIC rules
Note: This is a contractual appointment with no regular service benefits like PF, pension, medical benefits, or promotion rights.
🎯 Selection Process
Selection will be based on:
- Academic credentials and experience
- Performance in interview before the Selection Board
Contract Terms:
- Initial appointment for 1 year
- Extendable annually up to 3 years based on performance
- Either party can terminate with one month’s prior notice
- Absence exceeding 7 days without intimation will result in contract termination and forfeiture of security deposit

Age Relaxation: As per Government of India/ESIC rules for OBC/SC/ST/PwD candidates

This is a Walk-in Interview – No prior online application required.
Interview Venue: Council Room, College Building, ESIC Medical College Hospital, Pandeypur, Varanasi
Steps to Follow:
- Arrive at the venue on 29-11-2025 between 09:00 AM – 11:00 AM for document verification
- Bring the filled application form along with all original documents and their photocopies
- Carry the original Demand Draft for application fee (if applicable)
- Submit all required documents during verification
- Attend the interview scheduled from 11:00 AM onwards
At the Time of Joining: Selected candidates must deposit a security amount of ₹20,000/- via Demand Draft (refundable after contract completion)

🔔 Important Instructions
- OBC candidates must bring Non-Creamy Layer certificate issued within one year of the interview date
- Candidates cannot apply for more than one discipline/department
- No private practice is allowed during the contract period
