🎓 Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
For Nurses:
- B.Sc. Nursing (BPCCHN) – Integrated course passed in 2021 or later with registration from WB Nursing Council
- GNM / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing – Passed before 2021 with WB Nursing Council registration (CPCH Training required)
For BAMS Doctors:
- BAMS degree with registration or provisional certificate from Paschim Banga Ayurved Council (CPCH Training required)
Additional Requirements:

💰 Stipend / Salary Details (per month)
After Posting:
- Consolidated Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): Up to ₹5,000 per month (based on performance parameters)
During Training Period (for GNM/BAMS candidates):
- Training Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Contract Period: Up to 31st March 2026 (may be extended based on performance and requirement)
🎯 Selection Process
The selection will be conducted in the following manner:
- Written Test – 85 Marks
- Interview – 15 Marks
- Total – 100 Marks
Merit List: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their combined score from the written test and interview.
