🎓 Educational Qualifications Required
- 3-Year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 60% marks from any State Board of Technical Education
- Domicile: Mandatory Karnataka state domicile requirement

💰 Salary & Stipend (Monthly)
During 2-Year Training Period:
- 1st Year: ₹20,000/- per month (consolidated)
- 2nd Year: ₹23,000/- per month (consolidated)
After Successful Training Completion:
- Designation: Supervisor (TS-1 Grade)
- Pay Scale: ₹28,000 – ₹1,10,000 + Dearness Allowance (DA) + House Rent Allowance (HRA) + Additional Perks
- Estimated CTC: Approximately ₹8 lakhs per annum
- Service Bond: 5 years (₹3 lakhs penalty if left before completion)

The recruitment will be conducted in 3 phases:
Phase 1: Objective Type Online Test (80 Marks)

- Reasoning (10 marks)
- Subject-based Questions – Mechanical/Electrical (40 marks)
Phase 2: Descriptive Type Test (20 Marks)

Phase 3: Certificate Verification
- Only candidates qualified in both Phase 1 and Phase 2 proceed to document verification

Ranking: Merit list prepared based on total marks. In case of tie, discipline-wise marks considered, followed by age seniority.
