🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Management Trainee (MT) Positions:
- HR: PG Degree/Diploma or MBA in HR/PM/IR with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD)
- Finance: Bachelor’s Degree + CA (Chartered Accountant) or CMA (Cost Management Accountant)
- Legal: LLB with minimum 50% marks
- Secretarial: Bachelor’s Degree + ACS/FCS certification
