🎓 Educational Qualifications

Essential Qualification:

The selection will be done in the following stages:

Stage 2: Shortlisting for Interview

  • Only top candidates will be shortlisted (Ratio: 1:3 – meaning 3 candidates per 1 vacancy)
  • This means if 15 posts available, approximately 45 candidates will be called for interview

Stage 3: Personal Interview

  • Face-to-face interview with MERC officials
  • Assessment of technical knowledge and professional experience

Stage 4: Final Selection

  • Final Merit = 80% weightage to Written Exam + 20% weightage to Interview
