Primary School Teacher (General) – Class 1 to 5
Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:
- Senior Secondary (50% marks) + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
- Senior Secondary (45% marks) + 2-year D.El.Ed (NCTE 2002 norms)
- Senior Secondary (50% marks) + 4-year B.El.Ed degree
- Bachelor’s Degree + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
Mandatory: Must have passed the REET exam
Primary School Teacher (Sanskrit) – Class 1 to 5
- Senior Upadhyaya (50% marks) + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
- Senior Upadhyaya (45% marks) + 2-year D.El.Ed
- Senior Upadhyaya (50% marks) + 4-year B.El.Ed
- Shastri Degree + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
Mandatory: Must have passed the REET exam
Upper Primary Teacher (All Subjects)
General eligibility options include:
- Bachelor’s Degree + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (45% marks) + B.Ed
- Senior Secondary (50% marks) + 4-year B.El.Ed/B.A/B.Sc
- Master’s Degree (55% marks) + 3-year integrated B.Ed-M.Ed
