🎓 Educational Qualifications

For Clerk Posts:

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
120 hours Computer Course Certificate OR O Level Certificate
Knowledge of Punjabi language up to 10th standard from a recognized board

For Clerk IT Posts:

BCA / B.Sc IT / B.Sc Computer Science from a recognized University
Knowledge of Punjabi language up to 10th standard from a recognized board

💰 Salary Details (per month)

Pay Scale: ₹19,900/- (Level-2 as per Punjab Government Pay Matrix)

This is the starting basic pay. Additional benefits like DA, HRA, and other allowances will be provided as per government norms.

🎯 Selection Process

The selection will be conducted in three stages:

1. Written Examination (Objective MCQ)

Part A: Punjabi Language Test (Qualifying Nature)
Part B: Merit-based Test

2. Typing Test

English Typing: 30 Words Per Minute
Punjabi Typing: 30 Words Per Minute (Raavi Font)

3. Document Verification

Final selection will be based on performance in the written exam and typing test, followed by successful document verification.

Maximum Age: 37 years (as on 1st January 2025)

Age Relaxation:
