🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Technical Posts (Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Metallurgy, Chemical, Civil): First Class B.E./B.Tech or 5-Year Integrated course in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.
For MT (Finance): CA / CMA (ICWAI) OR First Class MBA/PG Diploma in Finance (2 years)
For MT (Human Resources): First Class MBA/PG Diploma/Degree in HR/Personnel Management/Social Work (2 years). Law degree is desirable.
Note: First Class = 60% for UR/OBC/EWS; 55% for SC/ST candidates.

🎯 Selection Process
Stage 1: Computer Based Online Test (CBoT)
- Duration: 2 hours
- Total Questions: 150 MCQs (100 Subject + 50 General Aptitude)
- Marks: 1 mark per question, 0.25 negative marking
- Weightage: 85%
Stage 2: Personal Interview
- Weightage: 15%
- Shortlisting Ratio: 1:10
Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- UR/EWS: 60%
- SC/ST/OBC/PwBD: 50%
