🎓 Educational Qualifications
Candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
- Law Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) through any recognized pattern:
- 10+2+3+3 or 10+2+5 or 10+2+4+3 or any other pattern
- University Recognition: Degree must be from a university in India recognized by the Bar Council of India
- Academic Performance: All law examinations must be passed within the prescribed duration of the course
- Recency Requirement: Law degree must have been obtained on or after 12-11-2020 (not earlier than 5 years from notification date)
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of India
Important Note: Candidates pursuing post-graduate degrees in law or any other programs requiring compulsory attendance elsewhere are not eligible.
💰 Stipend / Salary Details (per month)
- Consolidated Honorarium: ₹50,000/- per month
- No additional allowances, perks, or benefits are provided
- This is a fixed monthly payment with no other financial benefits
🎯 Selection Process
The selection will be conducted through:
- Personal Interview (Viva-voce) at:
- Principal Seat, Chennai, or
- Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai
- Screening Test (if required): The selection committee may conduct a screening test at their discretion
Note: No travel allowance (TA) or daily allowance (DA) will be provided for attending the interview or screening test.
