Key Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in daily departmental operations and maintenance work
- Office support duties, record keeping, and file management
- Security and surveillance duties (for Chowkidar posts)

🎓 Educational Qualifications
Essential Qualification:
- Matriculation (10th Pass) from a recognized Board/University
- Punjabi language must be passed at Matric level as a compulsory or elective subject (or equivalent as per Punjab Civil Services Rules, 1994)

🎯 Selection Process
The selection will be conducted through a written examination followed by document verification:
Stage 1: Written Examination
- Type: Objective Type (Multiple Choice Questions – MCQs)
- Mode: Offline (Pen and Paper based)

Stage 2: Merit List Preparation
- Final merit will be based purely on marks obtained in the written exam
- In case of tie, the following criteria will be applied in order:
- Older candidate (by date of birth) gets preference
- If still tied, higher percentage in essential qualification
- If still tied, higher marks in Matriculation
Stage 3: Document Verification & Counselling
- Shortlisted candidates as per category-wise merit will be called for document verification

- Final recommendation to concerned departments will be made after successful verification
