🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Graduate Apprentice (B.Com):
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university
- Must be a full-time regular course
- Important: Should NOT have passed graduation before June 2021
For Diploma Apprentice (Civil Engineering):
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from AICTE/State Technical Board recognized institute
- Must be a full-time regular course
- Important: Should NOT have passed diploma before June 2021
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates with higher qualifications over the prescribed qualification will NOT be considered eligible
- Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship Act or have 1+ year job experience are NOT eligible
- If the date of result declaration is not mentioned on the marksheet, candidates must submit a certificate from the Principal mentioning the result publication date

Important:

🎯 Selection Process
The selection will be conducted in the following stages:
- Provisional Shortlisting – Based on aggregate marks in qualifying degree/diploma
- Document Verification – Scrutiny of original certificates and documents
- Merit List Preparation – Final merit based on marks obtained in graduation/diploma (descending order with highest scorer at top)
- Final Selection – Based on merit list and document verification
Merit Calculation:
- Aggregate marks in the respective qualifying course
- Merit list will be published on NCL’s official website
Important Points:
- Only ONE application per candidate allowed
- Multiple applications will lead to disqualification
- Failure to appear for document verification with original certificates will result in cancellation
- NCL reserves the right to change the number of candidates called for verification

- Complete the registration process
- You will receive an Enrollment ID (Registration Number)
- This is a mandatory step – without NATS registration, your contract as apprentice will not be accepted
Step 2: Prepare Required Information
- Have a valid and active email ID (must be valid for at least next one year)
- Have an active mobile number
- Keep your Aadhaar-linked bank account details ready
- Have all educational certificates and marksheets ready
Step 3: Online Application
- After NATS registration, visit: nats.education.gov.in
- Navigate to NCL recruitment notification
- Login using your NATS Enrollment ID
- Fill the online application form with:
- Personal details (as per 10th certificate)
- Educational qualification details
- Contact information (email and mobile)
- Academic details with exact aggregate percentage
Step 4: Upload Documents
- Upload scanned photograph (as per specifications)
- Upload scanned signature
- Upload all required certificates
Step 5: Preview & Submit
- Review all filled information in the preview
- Go through the declaration carefully

- Save both hard copy and soft copy of the application
