🎓 Educational Qualifications
Staff Nurse (20 Posts):
- GNM (General Nursing Midwifery) from recognized Indian Nursing Council Institute, OR
- B.Sc. Nursing
- Must be registered with West Bengal Nursing Council
- Proficient in Bengali
Laboratory Technician (8 Posts):
- 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) recognized by WB Medical Faculty/AICTE
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet)
Pharmacist (1 Post):
- D-Pharma (2-year Diploma) in Allopathy from recognized institute
- Must be registered as ‘A’ category with West Bengal Pharmacy Council
- Proficient in Bengali and computer skills
- Permanent resident of West Bengal
Community Health Assistant – Urban (147 Posts):
- ANM or GNM from recognized Indian Nursing Council Institute
- Must be registered with West Bengal Nursing Council
- Proficient in Bengali

🎯 Selection Process
Merit-Based Selection:
- Staff Nurse & CHA-Urban: Merit based on percentage of marks in GNM/ANM examination (proportionate marking)
- Laboratory Technician: 85 marks for DMLT (proportionate) + 15 marks for computer test (minimum 50% passing)
- Pharmacist: 85 marks for academic (M.Pharma-85, B.Pharma-75, D.Pharma-65) + 15 marks for computer test (minimum 50% passing)
Tie-Breaking: If marks are equal, preference given to older candidate (by date of birth)
