For Assistant Manager (HR&A)

Option 1:

• Graduate in any discipline + MBA/MPM/MHRM (2 years full-time) with major specialization in Personnel Management/HR from UGC/AICTE approved institute

Option 2:

• Graduate in any discipline + Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma (2 years) with specialization in Personnel Management/HR from UGC/AICTE approved institute

For Assistant Manager (F&A)

Option 1:

• Graduate in any discipline + Passed Final Examination from ICAI (Chartered Accountant) or ICWAI (Cost Accountant)

Option 2:

• Graduate in any discipline + MBA (2 years full-time) with major specialization in Finance from UGC/AICTE approved institute

For Junior Engineer (Electrical) Gr-II

• Full-time 3 years’ Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an institute recognized by WBSCT&VE&SD (West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education & Skill Development)

🎯 Selection Process

The selection will be conducted in multiple stages:

Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT) / Online Test

• Objective type questions testing technical knowledge, reasoning, and general awareness

• Candidates must qualify the CBT to proceed further

Stage 2: Personal Interview

• Shortlisted candidates based on CBT scores will be called for interview
