🎓 Educational Qualifications

For Senior Resident Positions:

• MBBS Degree from a recognized medical university
• PG Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university
• Medical Registration with DMC (Delhi Medical Council) with MD/MS/DNB qualification

Special Case – Casualty Department:

• Non-PG candidates with minimum 2 years post-MBBS experience can apply
• However, preference will be given to candidates with PG qualifications

For Super Specialties: If candidates with PG degree in concerned super specialty are not available:

• Medical super specialties (Cardiology, Nephrology, Gastroenterology): Candidates with PG in Medicine may be considered
• Surgical super specialties (Pediatric Surgery, Plastic Surgery): Candidates with PG in Surgery may be considered

Emoluments are as per rules applicable to Senior Resident posts in ESIC Medical College & Hospital.

Security Deposit Required:

• Selected candidates must submit Rs. 30,000/- as security deposit
• Submitted as Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque in favor of “ESI Saving Fund Account No. 2” payable at New Delhi

Forfeiture Policy:

• For SR Regular (3-year): If you resign/terminate within 09 months, the security deposit will be forfeited
• For SR Against GDMO (1-year): If you resign/terminate within 03 months, the security deposit will be forfeited

Walk-in Interview Selection:

The selection process is simple and transparent:

1. Walk-in Interview: Eligible candidates appear in person at the scheduled venue on their specialty’s interview date
2. Document Verification: All original documents are scrutinized

4. Final Selection: Based on interview performance and qualification match
