🎯 Selection Process
For Senior Posts (Positions 1-7)
Mode: Interview only
- Panel-based interview conducted by TMC
- Assessment of administrative skills, knowledge, and communication
For Mid-Level Posts (Positions 8-11)
Mode: Written Examination + Interview (Equal weightage of 50% each)
- Written Exam: 100 marks MCQ based on subject specialization
- Interview: 100 marks assessment
For Entry-Level Post (Position 12 – Assistant)
Mode: Written Examination only
- Exam: 100 marks MCQ in administrative field
Screening & Shortlisting
- TMC reserves the right to fix minimum eligibility standards
- Category-wise and discipline-wise cutoff marks may be set
- Number of candidates called for interview may be restricted based on shortlist
