🎯 Selection Process
The recruitment follows a 3-stage selection process:
Stage 1 – Preliminary Examination
- Two objective papers (General Studies & Aptitude Test)
- 200 marks each, 2 hours duration
- Multiple choice questions with negative marking (1/3 marks deducted for wrong answers)
- Aptitude Test is qualifying; merit based on General Studies marks
- Minimum 33% (general) and 23% (reserved) required in each paper
Stage 2 – Main Examination
- Seven descriptive papers covering Language, Essay, and General Studies
- Total 1400 marks (200 marks each)
- 3 hours per paper
- Mandatory to appear in all papers (absence leads to disqualification)

Stage 3 – Interview/Personality Test
