🎓 Educational Qualifications

For Graduate Apprentices:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a statutory university or recognized institution
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business (B.Com, BBA, BCA, BSW) from a statutory university or recognized institution
• Degree from professional bodies recognized by State/Central Government as equivalent
• Important: You must have passed your degree course on or after 01 April 2021

For Diploma Apprentices:

• Diploma in Engineering or Technology from State Council/Board of Technical Education
• Diploma from recognized universities or institutions
• Important: You must have passed your diploma on or after 01 April 2021

Recognition: All qualifications must be recognized by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) or Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) / Government of India.

🎯 Selection Process

The selection involves the following stages:

Stage 1: Application Screening

Stage 2: Eligibility Verification

• Candidates can raise objections about their eligibility till 15 January 2026
• Final list of eligible candidates will be announced on 16 January 2026

Stage 3: Document Verification & Interview

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and personal interview
• The interview will be held at MDL’s office in Mumbai
• Candidates will be assessed on technical knowledge, communication skills, and suitability for the position
• Interview will count for 20% of the final merit

Stage 4: Merit List Preparation

• Final selection will be based on combined merit:
  • 80% weightage: Your qualifying degree/diploma marks
  • 20% weightage: Your interview performance
• Selected candidates will be notified via email and MDL website

Stage 5: Document Verification & Joining

• Selected candidates must submit original documents for final verification
• Medical fitness certificate from a Government hospital is mandatory before joining
