🎓 Educational Qualifications
To be eligible, you must have completed any of the following:
- National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) of 3 years duration in the respective trade, OR
- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) of 2 years duration PLUS National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) or NCTVT (National Council of Vocational Training) of 1 year in the respective trade
Additional Requirement: Your qualifications must be from AICTE or Government-recognized institutions recognized by appropriate Statutory Authorities in the country.
💰 Salary/Stipend Details
Pay Scale: ₹22,000 – ₹90,000 per month
The salary structure includes basic pay and allowances as per HAL’s standard guidelines. Selected candidates will also receive:

🎯 Selection Process
The selection process is simple and straightforward:
Step 1: Written Test (Qualifying Round)
- Duration: 2.5 hours
- Type: Objective type questions with 4 options each
- Total Marks: 160 marks
- Negative Marking: None (no negative marking)
- Medium: English & Hindi (bilingual)
Question Paper Breakdown:
- Part I: General Awareness – 20 Questions (20 marks)
- Part II: English & Reasoning – 40 Questions (40 marks)
- Part III: Concerned Trade/Discipline – 100 Questions (100 marks)

Application Fee:
- Fully Exempted for: SC/ST candidates, Persons with Disabilities (PwBD), Ex-Apprentices of HAL, candidates registered with Employment Exchange, Zila Sainik Board members, and Director General Resettlement nominees

Reservation Policy:
- SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD reservation as per Government of India guidelines
- 14.5% posts reserved for Ex-Servicemen and dependents of those killed in action
