🎓 Educational Qualifications

Pediatrician (Full Time)

• MD in Pediatrics OR DNB (Pediatrics)
• MCI/MMC Council registration is mandatory
• Medical license to practice

Public Health Manager (PHM)

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences: MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, B.Pharmacy, Nursing, or B.Tech (Biomedical)
• Post-graduation: MPH (Master of Public Health), MHA (Master of Hospital Administration), or MBA in Healthcare Administration

Lab Technician

• B.Sc degree (any stream)
• D.M.L.T (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) – Mandatory
• Laboratory experience preferred

Pharmacist

• D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy) OR B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
• MSPC/PCI Council registration is mandatory
• Current pharmacy license

Multipurpose Health Worker

• 12th Pass with Science background
• Paramedical Basic Training Course certificate OR Sanitary Inspector Course from Government/Government-Recognized Institute

The selection is merit-based using a marking system with a total of 100 marks distributed as follows:

Marking Breakdown:

1. Qualifying Essential Qualifications: 50 Marks
   • Based on your final year percentage
   • Calculated proportionately to 50 marks
2. Higher Academic Qualifications: 20 Marks
   • Additional degrees and certifications
   • Calculated proportionately to 20 marks
3. Relevant Experience: 30 Marks
   • 6 marks awarded for each year of experience
   • Maximum 30 marks (5 years experience)

Final Selection:

• Merit list will be prepared based on total score
• Selection list will be published on PMC website
• No written exam or interviews required
• Direct assessment based on qualifications and experience
