🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Counselor:
- Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, Human Development OR Diploma in Nursing
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HIV/AIDS field (mandatory)
For Lab Technician:
- Qualification: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) – 2 years duration
- Note: DMLT must be from a State Government approved institution only
