🎓 Educational Qualifications

Technical/Engineering Positions:

Chief General Manager (Digital Transformation):

• Full-time First Class Engineering Degree (preferably Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communication)
• PG Degree/MBA preferred
• Minimum 21 years experience in IT projects

General Manager (Construction Equipment):

• First Class Mechanical/Automobile Engineering Degree
• PG Degree/MBA preferred
• 19 years experience in manufacturing/marketing

Deputy General Manager (Engine Assembly):

• First Class Mechanical/Thermal/Automobile Engineering
• 16 years experience in Diesel Engine Assembly

Engineer/Assistant Manager (Tooling):

• Tool Engineering OR Mechanical/Production with M.E./M.Tech in Tool Engineering
• 2-4 years experience

Assistant Manager (R&D Maritime):

• Mechanical/Naval Architecture/Ocean Engineering
• 4 years experience in ship/submarine design

Security Positions:

Officer/Assistant Manager (Security):

• Graduate in any discipline
• Training from Defence/Police/Intelligence institutions OR NCC-C Certificate
• 2-4 years security experience

Raj Bhasha Position:

Assistant Manager/Manager (Raj Bhasha):

• First Class Master’s Degree in Hindi
• English as subject at Degree level
• Ph.D. in Hindi preferred
• 4-8 years experience in translation/terminological work

Medical Positions:

Assistant Manager (Paediatrician): MBBS + DCH/MD/DNB (Paediatrics)

Assistant Manager (General Physician): MBBS + MD/DNB (General Medicine)

Officer (Medical): MBBS + 2 years experience

Consultant (Physician): MBBS + MD/DNB (General Medicine) + 3 years

Consultant (Dermatologist): MBBS + MD/DNB/Diploma (Dermatology) + 3 years

Consultant (ENT Surgeon): MBBS + MS(ENT)/Diploma + 3 years (freshers eligible)

Consultant (General Surgeon): MBBS + MS/DNB (General Surgery) + 3 years
