🎓 Educational Qualifications
The eligible candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Qualifications are based on Odisha State Health & Family Welfare Society norms for respective posts
- Candidates must be currently working under NHM in the same post within other districts of Odisha
- Must hold a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) and Continuation Certificate for uninterrupted service in the same post
- Certificate must be issued by the concerned Chief District Medical Officer (CDM) & Public Health Officer (PHO) cum District Medical Director

- Only contractual employees currently working under NHM are eligible to apply
