Risk Management Roles:
- Additional Chief Risk Manager: Graduate/Postgraduate in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, MBA, PGDI or CA/CS
- Risk Managers (various): Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics or MBA/PGDBA/PGPM/PGDM or relevant engineering degrees, CA, ICWA
Rural Development & SMED:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Rural Development, Business Analytics, Agriculture, Agri Business, Agri Economics, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or related fields
Financial Role:

🎯 Selection Process
The selection process is straightforward and transparent:
- Interview Only – There is no written exam. Selection is based entirely on a one-on-one interview
- Shortlisting – Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:3 ratio based on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors
- Document Verification – Shortlisted candidates must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer at the time of interview
- Medical Examination – Selected candidates must undergo pre-recruitment medical examination
- Final Appointment – Appointment is subject to being declared medically fit by NABARD’s Medical Officer and verification of all original documents
