🎓 Educational Qualifications

Candidates must possess engineering degrees with specific experience requirements:

For all positions: BE/B.Tech or B.Sc (Engineering) from recognized university with minimum 60-65% marks depending on position.

Assistant General Manager (PEM):

• Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, or Instrumentation engineering
• Minimum 60% marks
• 16 years experience in refinery, petrochemical, gas processing, or metallurgical projects
• At least 5 years as Project/Interface/Engineering Manager
• 1-2 years site experience preferred

Senior Manager (PEM):

• Same disciplines as AGM
• Minimum 65% marks
• 12 years relevant experience
• At least 4 years as Project Manager
• 1-2 years site experience preferred

Senior Manager / Manager / Deputy Manager (Projects):

• Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil engineering
• Minimum 65% marks
• Senior Manager: 12 years as Project Manager in PMC/EPCM/EPCC projects (at least 4 years as PM)
• Manager: 8 years relevant experience
• Deputy Manager: 4 years relevant experience
• Experience in process or infrastructure projects essential

Manager (Smelter Operations):

• Metallurgy or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering
• Minimum 65% marks
• 8 years in design/operations of copper or aluminium smelter
• Experience in smelter units (pot room, carbon plant, cast house) desirable

Manager (Planning & Scheduling):

• Industrial, Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Civil engineering
• Minimum 65% marks
• 8 years as Planning Manager/Engineer
• Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project or similar planning tools
• Experience in office and field planning covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning

Deputy Manager (Electrical):

• Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 65% marks
• 4 years in design and engineering of electrical systems
• Experience in process plants (refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, metallurgy)
• SmartPlant Electrical and ETAP experience preferred
