🎓 Educational Qualifications

Mandatory Qualification (Choose One):

  • Graduate with 2-year full-time MBA in HR/IR
  • MSW (Master of Social Work)
  • MA in Social Work with HR/IR specialization
  • 2-year Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with specialization in IR/HR and Labour Legislations
  • 2-year Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with specialization in IR/HR and Labour Legislations

Marks Requirement:

  • First class in post-graduation (minimum 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA)
  • Relaxation: SC/ST & PwD candidates – 5% relaxation in qualifying marks

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Degree in Law
  • Professional certification in HR-related areas

💰 Salary Details (Per Month)

Officer HR (Grade II) ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 ₹40,000 (starting)
Assistant Manager HR (Grade III) ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 ₹50,000 (starting)
