🎓 Educational Qualifications
Essential Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in implementation of infrastructure sector projects related to Highways, Roads, or Bridges
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in handling Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects (candidates with this experience get preference)
Deputation Eligibility (Choose One):
Option 1 – From Central/State Government/PSU:
- Holding analogous post at Level 11 (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700) on regular basis, OR
- 5 years regular service in Level 10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500) or equivalent, OR
- 8 years regular service in Level 8 (₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100) or equivalent
Option 2 – From State Public Works Departments:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 5 years at Assistant Engineer level or higher on regular basis
- At least 2 years’ experience in Highways/Roads/Bridges projects
Option 3 – From Central Engineering Service (Roads):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Holding post of Assistant Executive Engineer in Level 10 for 4 years on regular basis
💰 Salary Details (Per Month)
Pay Scale: Level 11 in the Pay Matrix
- Starting Salary: ₹67,700 per month
- Maximum Salary: ₹2,08,700 per month

Important Conditions:
