🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Young Professional – Graduate
- Projects: BE/B.Tech in EC/CS/Mechanical/IT/EEE/Civil or MCA/M.Sc in Electronics/CS/IT
- Project Management: MBA in Project Management/Operations Management or M.Sc in Project Management
- IS & IT: BE/B.Tech in IT/CS/ECE/EEE or MCA/M.Sc (IT/CS) with knowledge of PHP/Python/Java, HTML/CSS/JS
- Marketing: Any Degree with MBA in Marketing
- TSTL (Telecom Security Testing Lab): BE/B.Tech in ECE/CS/Telecommunications with 2-5 years experience
For Young Professional – Technician
- Diploma in relevant stream (EC/CS/Mechanical/IT/EEE/Civil) from recognized university
- For IS & IT: B.Sc (IT)/BCA/Diploma in CS with network fundamentals knowledge
- For Production: Diploma in relevant engineering stream
For Young Professional – Operator
- ITI Trade Certificate in relevant trade (Electronics/Electronic Mechanic/Fitter/CS/EEE/Civil/Mechanical)
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience for certain positions
For Young Professional – Generalist
- HR/Finance: Any Degree from recognized university with computer knowledge
- Marketing: BBA/BBM/BMS from recognized university
- Official Language: Any degree with Hindi and English as subjects

🎯 Selection Process
The selection process varies based on the position:
For Young Professional – Graduate
- Stage 1: Shortlisting through quantifiable point-based methodology
- Stage 2: Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI)
For Young Professional – Technician & Operator
- Stage 1: Shortlisting based on qualification and experience
- Stage 2: Skill Test in relevant domain
Final selection is based on performance in the assessment stage, subject to document verification and medical fitness.
⏳ Age Limit
- General upper age limit: 35 years for YP Technician/Generalist
- Internal candidates: Age relaxation up to maximum 45 years based on relevant experience
- Category-wise relaxation: As per Government of India and ITI Limited rules
