🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Ayurvedic Medical Officer:
- Regular B.A.M.S. (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree from a university recognized by NCISM (National Commission for Indian System of Medicine)
- Valid registration with M.P. Ayurvedic and Unani and Natural Medicine Board
For Homeopathy Medical Officer:
- Regular B.H.M.S. (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) degree from a university recognized by CCH (Central Council of Homoeopathy)
- Valid registration with M.P. State Homeopathy Council
For Unani Medical Officer:
- Regular B.U.M.S. (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery) degree from a university recognized by NCISM (National Commission for Indian System of Medicine)
- Valid registration with M.P. Ayurvedic and Unani and Natural Medicine Board
Experience Weightage: Contractual AYUSH doctors who worked temporarily under the COVID-19 pandemic for a minimum period of 89 days will receive 10% weightage of marks. Valid experience certificates issued by CMHO, MP are mandatory.
💰 Salary Details (per month)
Monthly Honorarium: ₹36,200/- (Fixed)
This is a consolidated monthly payment with no separate allowances. The honorarium is subject to applicable tax deductions as per government rules.
🎯 Selection Process
The selection process will be based on the following criteria:
Step 1 – Application Screening: All submitted applications will be screened for eligibility based on educational qualifications and registration certificates.
Step 2 – Merit List Preparation: A merit list will be prepared based on academic qualifications and experience (if applicable).
Step 3 – Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification at designated centers.
Experience Weightage: Candidates with relevant COVID-19 pandemic experience (minimum 89 days) will receive additional 10% weightage in the selection process.
Note: The exact selection methodology will be as per NHM MP guidelines and recruitment rules.
⏳ Age Limit
Age criteria as on 1st January 2025:
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
Age Relaxation:
A relaxation of 5 years in the maximum age limit is provided for:
- Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates
- Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates
- Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates
- Persons with Disabilities (PWD)
- Women candidates (both reserved and unreserved categories)
Note: Age relaxation is as per Madhya Pradesh Government norms.
