💰 Salary Details (Per Month)

The remuneration structure for Senior Resident positions is as follows:

Basic Salary Package:

• Consolidated Remuneration: Rs. 1,48,669/- per month (includes Dearness Allowance at current rates)
• Transport Allowance: As per Government of India norms with DA applicable
• Total Monthly Package: Approximately Rs. 1,50,000+/- (subject to deductions)

Salary Deductions:

• If holding only a Diploma qualification: Rs. 1,688/- per month deduction

Employment Nature:

• This is a contractual appointment, not permanent employment
• No claim for regularization after contract period ends

Tenure:

• Initial appointment: 39 days
• Extension: Possible for another 39 days with at least 1 working day break, subject to satisfactory performance and availability of positions
• Automatic termination upon joining of regular SR/GDMO or change in vacancy status

Joining Requirements:

• Must be declared medically fit by hospital authorities
• Must sign a Non-Judiciary Stamp Paper agreement (cost borne by candidate)

Termination Clause:
