🎓 Educational Qualifications
To be eligible for this recruitment, you must meet these requirements:
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) with Postgraduate Degree/DNB/Diploma or equivalent in the concerned specialty
- Degree must be from a recognized University or Institution
- Registration with Delhi Medical Council is mandatory
Alternative Qualification (If PG Doctors Not Available):
- MBBS doctors without PG qualification can apply if they have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, out of which at least 1 year should be in the concerned specialty
- Experience must be from a Government Hospital or Private Hospital (not private clinics)
- These candidates will be appointed on contract basis only

💰 Salary Details (Per Month)
The remuneration structure for Senior Resident positions is as follows:
Basic Salary Package:
- Consolidated Remuneration: Rs. 1,48,669/- per month (includes Dearness Allowance at current rates)
- Transport Allowance: As per Government of India norms with DA applicable
- Total Monthly Package: Approximately Rs. 1,50,000+/- (subject to deductions)
Salary Deductions:
- If holding only a Diploma qualification: Rs. 1,688/- per month deduction
- If not possessing PG Degree/Diploma: Rs. 2,813/- per month deduction
- Salary will be revised as per Government of India/ESIC orders from time to time

Employment Nature:

Tenure:
- Initial appointment: 39 days
