🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Both Male and Female Lifeguard cum Trainer:
- Educational Qualification: SSC Pass (10th Standard) certificate is mandatory
- Swimming Experience: Must have practical experience in teaching swimming and all swimming sports activities
- Lifesaving Knowledge: Must possess knowledge of all methods of rescuing drowning persons
- Technical Skills: Must know artificial respiration techniques and all lifesaving procedures
- Desirable: Previous experience as a swimming trainer or lifeguard is preferred
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must be an excellent swimmer
- Ability to teach swimming to different age groups
- Knowledge of water safety protocols
💰 Salary & Stipend (Per Month)
Full-time Positions:
- Male Lifeguard cum Trainer: Rs. 20,000/- per month
- Female Lifeguard cum Trainer: Rs. 20,000/- per month
Part-time Positions:
- Male Lifeguard cum Trainer: Rs. 10,000/- per month
- Female Lifeguard cum Trainer: Rs. 10,000/- per month
Contract Period: 11 months on contract basis

🎯 Selection Process
The selection will be done through the following process:
- Walk-in Interview: Candidates will be shortlisted at the venue
- Swimming Practical Test: Candidates must demonstrate swimming skills and lifesaving techniques in the pool
- Physical Assessment: Ability to perform lifeguard duties will be assessed
- Document Verification: Verification of educational certificates and age proof
- Final Selection: Based on practical test performance and interview
Important: Full-time candidates will get priority over part-time candidates during selection.
