Teacher Educator Positions:

Foundation Course:

• Post-Graduation in Education/Philosophy/Sociology/Psychology with minimum 50% marks
• B.El.Ed or B.Ed. or D.El.Ed with 50% marks OR M.Phil. or Ph.D. in Education

Science:

• Post-Graduate Degree in Science (Physics/Chemistry/Botany/Zoology/Mathematics/Geography/Geology) with minimum 50% marks
• M.Ed. with minimum 50% marks

History:

• M.A. in History with minimum 50% marks
• M.Ed. with minimum 50% marks

Geography:

• M.A. in Geography with minimum 50% marks
• M.Ed. with minimum 50% marks

Economics:

• M.A. in Economics with minimum 50% marks
• M.Ed. with minimum 50% marks

Political Science:

• M.A. in Political Science with minimum 50% marks
• M.Ed. with minimum 50% marks

Mathematics:

• M.A. or M.Sc. in Mathematics with minimum 50% marks

💰 Salary Details (per month)

Pay Scale: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400

Pay Level: Level-9, Cell-1 (as per ORSP Rules, 2017)

All positions are regular appointments with attractive government pay structure including DA, HRA, and other allowances as applicable.

🎯 Selection Process

The selection will be conducted in three stages:

Stage I – Preliminary Examination:

• Total Marks: 150
• Computer-Based Recruitment Examination (CBRE) or OMR mode

Stage II – Main Written Examination:

• Technical Paper(s): 200 Marks
• Subject-specific examination

Stage III – Certificate Verification:

• Document verification of shortlisted candidates
• Original certificates required

Important: The Commission may use normalization formula if the examination is conducted in multiple batches with different question sets.

⏳ Age Limit

As on 01 January 2025:

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 42 years

Age Relaxations:

• SEBC/SC/ST/Women candidates: 5 years
• PwD candidates: 10 years
• Ex-Servicemen: Total period of service rendered in defence
• PwD candidates in SC/ST category: Cumulative relaxation of 10 years

Note: Candidates eligible for multiple relaxations can claim only the most beneficial one.
