🎓 Educational Qualifications
Trainee Engineer-I
For All Engineering Disciplines:
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering (4-year course) from AICTE/UGC approved institutions
- Minimum Pass Class required
- Must possess all semester/year mark sheets and degree certificate

- Electronics: Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Communication & Telecommunication
- Mechanical: Mechanical Engineering
- Civil: Civil Engineering
- Electrical: Electrical, Electrical & Electronics
Trainee Officer-I (Finance)
- Full-time MBA (Finance) OR M.Com from reputed institution/university
- Minimum Pass Class required
Note: For CGPA system, conversion certificate to percentage must be attached.
💰 Salary Details (per month)
Consolidated Remuneration Structure:

Contract Duration: Initially 2 years, extendable up to 1 more year based on performance and project requirements.
🎯 Selection Process
The selection involves multiple stages:
Stage 1: Online Pre-Registration
- Mandatory pre-registration from 01-15 January 2026
- Candidates without pre-registration won’t be allowed for selection
Stage 2: Written Test
- Date: 25 January 2026 (Sunday)
- Venue: BEL Kotdwara
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Total Questions: 100 (Technical + General Aptitude)
- Marking Scheme: +1 for correct, -0.25 for wrong answers
Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- General/EWS/OBC: 35%
- SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
Stage 3: Document Verification
- Based on merit in Written Test
- Candidates will be called for document verification
Special Provision: PwBD candidates get 20 minutes compensatory time per hour.

Age Relaxation:
