Stage 1: Physical Measurement Test (PMT) – Qualifying

- General: 83 cm (unexpanded) with 4 cm expansion minimum

Stage 2: Physical Screening Test (PST) – Qualifying
Running Distance & Time:
- Male: 2.5 Km in 12 minutes
- Female: 1.0 Km in 6 minutes
- Ex-Serviceman: 1.0 Km in 5 minutes
Stage 3: Knowledge Test – Main Exam
