🎓 Educational Qualifications

Project Scientist (Team Lead) – 2 Posts

Qualification:

• Ph.D. in Avionics/Aerospace/Electrical & Electronics/Instrumentation/Communication Engineering or equivalent
• OR M.E/M.S (Engg) in relevant fields with 8+ years’ experience in Drone/Defence/Similar sector

Essential Requirements:

• Knowledge of Drone Rules and Regulations
• Experience in leading drone-related projects or heading related organization
• Technical management and networking capability
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Flexibility with timings and field conditions
• Ability to adapt and lead teams under various circumstances

Desired Qualification:

• Previous experience in BVLOS projects
• Preferably retired DGCA/Defence Sector professionals
• DGCA Remote Pilot Instructor (any category/class) preferred but not mandatory

Project Associate-II (Various Positions) – 8 Posts

Technical Research & UAV Systems Engineer:

• M.E/M.Tech or Ph.D. in Mechanical/Production/Aerospace/Applied Mechanics with 2+ years’ experience
• OR B.E in relevant fields with 4+ years’ experience
• Strong background in CAD/CAE, CFD, thermal & aerodynamic analysis

UAV System Engineer:

• M.E/M.S (Engg) in Navigation/Avionics/Aerospace/Aeronautical/Electrical/Electronics/Communication with 2+ years’ experience
• OR B.E in relevant fields with 4+ years’ experience
• Vast knowledge in UAV control systems, navigation, guidance and control

BVLOS Flight Operations & Field Testing Engineer:

• M.E/M.Tech in Aerospace/Aeronautical/Avionics/ECE/EEE/Instrumentation with 2+ years’ experience
• OR B.E in relevant fields with 4+ years’ experience
• Strong understanding of UAV systems, sensors, flight controllers
• Hands-on experience in field testing and flight trials

Aerospace Structures Engineer:

• M.E/M.S (Engg) in Aerospace/Aerospace Structures/Avionics/Aeronautical/Mechanical with 2+ years’ experience
• OR B.E in relevant fields with 4+ years’ experience
• Knowledge in aerospace structures, structural testing and analysis
• Experience with 3D printing, CNC machining and foam cutting

Communication Engineer:

• B.E/B.Tech in ECE/EEE/CSE/IT with 2 years’ experience
• OR M.E/M.S (Engg) in relevant fields
• Knowledge in RF communication, digital electronics, drone avionics
• Programming knowledge in Arduino and embedded systems

GCS Software & BVLOS Systems Engineer:

• B.E/B.Tech in ECE/EEE/CSE/IT or equivalent
• Knowledge in Ground Control Station (GCS) software development
• Experience with API development and integration
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, HTML, JavaScript, SQL

Project Associate-I (Drone Pilot – BVLOS Operations) – 6 Posts

Qualification:

• B.E/B.Tech in Aero/Mech/ECE/EEE or equivalent

Essential Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in multirotor/fixed-wing drone flying
• Knowledge in drone assembly, integration, fault diagnosis
• Proficiency in GCS operation and mission planning
• Must hold valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (any applicable class)
• Awareness of current UAV technologies and regulations
• Ability to support BVLOS trial activities

Project Technician – 4 Posts

Qualification:

• Any Diploma/Degree

Essential Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of drone components, wiring, and assembly
• Ability to assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with battery handling and charging protocols
• Willingness to work in outdoor conditions
• Capability to maintain logs, inventories, and equipment records

Office Assistant – 1 Post

Qualification:

• 10th/12th Pass/Diploma

Essential Requirements:

• Basic computer operations knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Email handling, data entry, and file management skills
• Knowledge of office equipment operation
• Ability to travel with team if required
• Multitasking capability

🎯 Selection Process

The selection process consists of the following stages:

1. Application Screening

• Initial screening of applications based on eligibility criteria

2. Field Evaluation Round

• Shortlisted candidates will undergo field evaluation
• Practical assessment of technical skills and field readiness
• Dates and venue will be intimated via phone/email
