🎓 Educational Qualifications

For Data Entry Operator (DEO):

• Essential:
  • 10+2 (Higher Secondary) pass from a recognized board
  • Typing speed: 30 wpm in English on computer
  • Certificate/Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA/PGDCA/CCC)
• Desirable:
  • Experience in data entry work in government/healthcare sector

For Staff Nurse:

• Essential:
  • B.Sc. Nursing OR General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institution
  • Registration with Goa Nursing Council or any State Nursing Council
  • Valid nursing registration certificate
• Desirable:
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospital/clinical settings

For Medical Officer (MBBS):

• Essential:
  • MBBS degree from a recognized Medical College/University
  • Registration with Medical Council of India (NMC) or Goa Medical Council
  • Valid medical practice registration
• Desirable:
  • 2 years of clinical experience
  • Postgraduate degree/diploma in relevant specialty

For Pharmacist:

• Essential:
  • Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) OR B.Pharmacy from a recognized institution

For Lab Technician:

💰 Salary Details (per month)

Important Notes:

• These are contractual positions with consolidated pay
• No DA, HRA, or other allowances (all inclusive in consolidated pay)
• Contract period: Initially 11 months (renewable based on performance)
• No entitlement to government employee benefits like pension, LTC, etc.
• Only basic medical facilities as per NHM norms

🎯 Selection Process

The selection will be conducted through the following process:

Stage 1: Scrutiny of Applications

• All applications will be screened for eligibility
• Only eligible candidates will be shortlisted

Stage 2: Written Test/Skill Test (if applicable)

• For DEO: Computer typing test + MS Office proficiency test
• For Technical Posts: Subject-specific written test may be conducted

Stage 3: Personal Interview

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview
• Interview will assess:
  • Technical knowledge
  • Communication skills
  • Relevant experience
  • Suitability for the post

Stage 4: Document Verification

• Original certificates verification
• Medical fitness certificate (if required)
