🎓 Educational Qualifications
For Junior Scientific Assistant:
You need a Master’s Degree (M.Sc) in your chosen division:
- Biology: Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Anthropology, Human Biology, Life Science, Biochemistry, Genetics, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or Forensic Science with Biology
- Cyber Forensic: Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Physics with Electronics, or Cyber Security
- Chemistry: Chemistry, Toxicology, Biochemistry, or Forensic Science with Chemistry
- Physics: Physics or Forensic Science with Physics (studied for at least 2 years at Bachelor’s level)
- Ballistics: Physics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or Forensic Science with Physics/Mathematics
- Lie-Detection: Psychology or Criminology
Alternatively, you can have a B.E./B.Tech degree in relevant engineering fields.
For Junior Scientific Officer:
Same Master’s Degree requirements as above.
