🎓 Educational Qualifications
Basic Qualification: Degree/Graduate from a recognized university or equivalent
Additional Requirements (Post-wise):
- Electronics Posts: Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Engineering Posts: Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Candidates should have completed overall 15 years of service with minimum relevant experience as specified for each position
Experience Requirements:
- GES & SR (Patrol Boats): Minimum 10 years experience in installation/maintenance of engineering equipment/systems from defense forces, preferably Indian Army
- Outfitting Electrical (Electronics): Minimum 5 years experience of Outfit Electrical/Electronics jobs on Naval/Coastguard vessels
- EA (R), EL(R): Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance of ASR, SSR systems on IN ships; experience in Talwar/Teg class preferred
- Hull Artificer/ERA: Minimum 5 years experience in refits on frontline warships; Talwar/Teg class experience preferred
- EA(P)/ERA/MECH (Controls): Minimum 5 years experience in operating/maintaining GT controls on IN ships
- HVACR: Minimum 5 years experience onboard as Hull/Engineering Artificer/PSE with HVAC system/AC & Refrigeration experience
- GES & SR: Minimum 5 years experience in operation of ballast control system for Floating dock/FPSO/Marine platforms
💰 Stipend / Salary Details (per month)
For Ex-Government/PSU Employees: Last drawn Basic + DA rate as per CDA/IDA on basic at the time of separation
For Other than Ex-Government/PSU Employees: Consolidated monthly emoluments will be decided by the Selection Committee based on various parameters including:
- Equivalent pay in Government
- Job profile
- Academic qualifications
- Nature, area, and length of experience
- CTC of previous employment
🎯 Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Based on eligibility criteria and experience
- Interview: May be conducted through Video Conferencing or in person
- Final Selection: Based on interview performance and verification of documents
Important Notes:
- Management reserves the right to fill or not fill the post

- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview

Contract Duration:
- Initial contract: 3 years
- Extendable by 1 year at a time based on performance and requirement
- Maximum service age: 70 years
