🎓 Educational Qualifications
Academic Requirement:
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree from a recognized university under regular curriculum
Experience Requirements by Cadre:
For Manager Position:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in banking
- Must be in the cadre of Assistant Manager or above
For Senior Manager Position:
- Minimum 8 years of banking experience
- Including at least 4 years in a managerial cadre
- Must be in the cadre of Manager
For Assistant Vice President (AVP) Position:
- Minimum 10 years of banking experience
- Including at least 6 years in a managerial cadre
- Must be in the cadre of Manager
- Including 2 years in Senior Manager or equivalent cadre
💰 Salary Details (per month)
Salary will be as applicable to the respective cadres:
- Manager – As per bank’s pay scale for Manager rank
- Senior Manager – As per bank’s pay scale for Senior Manager rank
- Assistant Vice President (AVP) – As per bank’s pay scale for AVP rank
🎯 Selection Process
Selection will be based on Personal Interview:
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview
- Interview will be conducted through Direct Interview or Video Conferencing
- Candidates will be intimated individually by post/email with interview details
