🎓 Educational Qualifications

For Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:

  • Diploma in respective engineering branch from a recognized State Board of Technical Education (completed in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025)

For General Stream Graduate Apprentices:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, B.Sc., or B.C.A) from a recognized university (completed in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025)

For Engineering Graduate Apprentices:

  • B.Tech or B.E. in respective engineering discipline from a recognized board/university (completed in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025)

Important Requirements:

  • Must possess original or provisional certificate as on 31-12-2025
  • No work experience (candidates with 1 or more years of work experience are not eligible)
  • Cannot have undergone NATS apprenticeship elsewhere

💰 Stipend Details (Per Month)

Monthly Stipend: As per the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Government of India guidelines

The exact stipend amount will be determined according to the government norms under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and may vary based on qualification level and engineering discipline.

Note: After completing the apprenticeship training period, the contract will end and there’s no guaranteed job offer from HAL.

The selection process is straightforward and merit-based:

  1. Merit-Based Selection: Selection is purely based on marks scored in your qualifying examination (Diploma/Degree/Graduation)
