🎓 Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications from a recognized university:
Option 1: Bachelor’s Degree with at least one of the following subjects:
- Botany
- Chemistry
- Forestry
- Geology
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Statistics
- Zoology
Option 2: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture
Option 3: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any branch)
Additional Requirement: Candidates must be healthy, well-built, and free from physical disabilities that may hinder efficient performance of duties as a member of Bihar Forest Service.
💰 Salary Details (per month)
Pay Scale: Revised Level-9 (as per 7th Pay Commission)
Exact salary amount will be as per Bihar Government pay structure under Level-9.
🎯 Selection Process
The selection process consists of three stages:
- Written Examination: Conducted by BPSC
- Physical Test: For shortlisted candidates
- Interview: Final selection round
Merit Determination: Final selection will be based on combined performance in all three stages.
