Stage 1: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) – 40 Marks

This is a physical fitness test. You must complete specific running and jumping tasks.

  • Must complete within 7 minutes 30 seconds (450 seconds)
  • Faster times earn more marks
  • Full 20 marks for completing in 5 minutes or less

• Long Jump (20 marks):
  • Minimum jump required: 335 cm (3.35 meters)
