Odia Language Requirement (Mandatory): Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak Odia AND satisfy ONE of the following:

• Passed Middle School Examination with Odia as a language subject
• Passed High School Certificate with Odia as medium of examination in non-language subjects
• Passed Odia as a language subject in Class-VII final exam from a recognized school
• Passed a test in Odia at Middle English School standard conducted by Odisha Government
