🎓 Educational Qualifications

Finance Officer & Controller of Examinations:

  • Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks
  • 15 years experience as Assistant Professor (Level 11+) OR 8 years as Associate Professor (Level 12+)
  • Experience in educational administration

Deputy Librarian:

  • Master’s in Library Science/Information Science with 55% marks
  • 8 years experience as Assistant/College Librarian
  • Evidence of innovative library services and ICT integration
  • Ph.D. in Library Science (preferred)

Internal Audit Officer:

  • Officers from Audit & Accounts Services with 3 years regular service (Level 11) OR 5 years (Level 10)
  • From Central/State Government or Autonomous Bodies

Executive Engineer (Civil):

  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from recognized university
  • 8 years experience as Assistant Engineer in CPWD/State PWD or equivalent organization

Private Secretary:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university
  • 3 years as Personal Assistant OR 5 years as Stenographer
  • English Stenography: 120 wpm OR Hindi: 100 wpm
  • English Typing: 35 wpm OR Hindi: 30 wpm
  • Computer proficiency required

Personal Assistant:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • English/Hindi Stenography: 100 wpm minimum
  • English Typing: 35 wpm OR Hindi: 30 wpm
  • 2 years experience as Stenographer (in Government/University/PSU/reputed private institution)

Laboratory Assistant:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years experience in electronics/instrumentation equipment maintenance
  • Experience from University/Research establishment/Government/PSU/reputed private organization

Lower Division Clerk:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university
  • English Typing: 35 wpm OR Hindi: 30 wpm
  • Computer proficiency

💰 Salary Details (Per Month)

Salaries are based on 7th CPC Pay Matrix:

  • Finance Officer: Level-14 (₹1,14,850 – ₹2,40,455)
  • Controller of Examinations: Level-14 (₹1,14,850 – ₹2,40,455)
  • Deputy Librarian: Level-13A (₹1,04,800 – ₹2,18,200)
  • Internal Audit Officer: Level-12 (₹93,050 – ₹2,16,650)
  • Executive Engineer (Civil): Level-11 (₹82,900 – ₹2,05,400)
  • Private Secretary: Level-7 (₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100)
  • Personal Assistant: Level-6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400)
  • Laboratory Assistant: Level-4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100)
  • Lower Division Clerk: Level-2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200)

Note: Actual salary includes basic pay, DA, and other allowances as per 7th CPC.

🎯 Selection Process

Written Examination (Two-Stage Test) – For Group B & C Posts:

Stage 1: Objective Type Test (Paper I)

  • Total Marks: 100
  • Minimum Qualifying: 40%

Stage 2: Descriptive Type Test (Paper II)

  • Total Marks: 100
  • Minimum Qualifying: 50%
  • Eligible only if you pass Paper I

Stage 3: Skill Test/Interview (Where applicable)

  • Total Marks: 50
  • Minimum Qualifying: 25

Final Merit List: Based on overall performance in Paper I, Paper II, and Interview/Skill Test combined.

Note: University may conduct single descriptive test and skill test based on candidate strength and job requirements (for technical, lab, library, and ICT positions).
